Typically, among the youtube beauty community, this is called a "Project Pan". I'm not going to call mine that because the word pan, to me, implies that I'm just trying to hit the pan of the product. With this, I'm trying to completely finish up these products before I buy new products. I have 8 products and I'm going to talk about if I want to repurchase the product or not.
The first product and probably the one that I'm the closest to finishing is the Laura Geller Balance-N-Brighten in the color fair. This is just a sample size, the full size is a huge face powder. I liked this product for setting my under eye concealer because it does have that brightening effect. I'm not sure if I'll be purchasing the full size because it's such a giant product for just using it to set my under eye area. It is a great product though. It's taken me about a year to get this far in the product. Because it's a mineral powder, it did have dome shape to it, which is now completely flat.
The next product is also a face powder. This is the Maybelline Dream Matte Powder in the color Beige. I really like using this product in the summer to set my foundation. It also works pretty good as a powder foundation. It gives very nice coverage. I don't think that I'll be repurchasing this right away after I finish this. I might try to see what else is out there and then go back to this if I can't find anything better. It is a great powder, especially for being from the drugstore. It's taken me almost a year and a half to get this far in the product, because I only use it in the summer.
The next product is a depotted Urban Decay Primer Potion. Depotted means that I just took it out of the original container. I've had this product for almost 3 years and I depotted it a year ago. When I depotted it, this jar was completely full. So you can tell that this product lasts a LONG time. I use this product almost every day to prime my eyeshadow. I would definitely repurchase this product again. I won't be repurchasing it right away though because I still have a MAC paint pot and a Laura Mercier Eye Basics Primer in my stash to use up first.
My fourth product that I'm trying to use up is the Revlon Photoready Concealer in the color Medium. I'm so close to finishing this that it's not even funny. I can't use it until the summer though because it's too dark for me. This summer will be the third year that I've had this concealer and I'm really hoping to use it up. I absolutely love this concealer for the summer months. I don't think that I would purchase it in a lighter color because it can be kind of drying. It's great for the summer and it's great for covering blemishes, redness, and under eye circles. I'll definitely keep repurchasing this for the summer though.
The fifth product that I'm close to using up is this MAC Dazzleglass in Bare Necessity. I really love this Dazzleglass because it's not as sticky as some of the other Dazzleglasses are. I love this because I mostly wear nude or pink lipstick and it goes great over those colors. I love the extra pop that it gives my lips. It's also very long wearing. I'll definitely be repurchasing this Dazzleglass once I run out because I use it almost every day. I've had this for almost a year and I went through it pretty quickly for as little as I wear lipstick and lipgloss.
Next, is the Maybelline Master Shape Brow Pencil. This is in the color Dark. I love using this to fill in my eyebrows because it's kind of waxy so it helps to hold them in place. I've also had this for over a year and I reach for this more often than my Benefit Brow Kit. I'll definitely be repurchasing this after I start using my Benefit kit more, because I don't like to let my products go to waste.
This product is the Collection 2000 (UK) Lasting Perfection Concealer in the color Light 2. I'm actually extremely sad that this is almost finished because I can't buy this product in the states. It's the perfect concealer because it's hydrating and luminous, without being glittery or shiny. It works for covering any problem area and is AMAZING for under eye circles. If I can get my hands on this concealer, I'll definitely repurchase it over and over again.
And last, but not least, is the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner. I've had this for a couple months and I'm not very impressed with it. It has a small tip, but the ink doesn't come out of the end of the tip, so there's not really any point in the tip being so small. Whenever I use this, I end up with a much thicker line than I intended. It's highly unlikely that I'll ever buy this eyeliner again.
